How to check my TRACKING NUMBER?

We'll usually update order status AFTER 9:30pm on the date of post out and you will be notified via email when your order is updated with tracking number & other delivery information. Please follow the steps as below to retrieve / get your tracking number for your order:

# Notes of delivery:-

- Please expect the delivery within NEXT 1 - 3 working days from the date of post out, anytime during working hours.

- We can't promise the exact date & time of delivery as it's all depending on the courier's arrangement. Unexpected delays of delivery may happen occasionally by the courier.

- Please follow up the delivery with the courier company (not us) by calling them or online tracking at their website if you still don't receive your order after 1 - 2 working days from the date of post out. Do not simply let them return the package to sender even though you've provided the correct shipping address or other reasons such as "Why I don't get any notice card from them in my mailbox when I'm not around", "I am at home the whole day but yet they claimed that the addressee not available on that day", "The courier never call me to self collect it at their office after they've failed to deliver it to my address", etc.,

- We will not be responsible for any delivery problems or delays due to incorrect or incomplete of delivery address given by customer. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend the package that is undeliverable & returned by the courier service.


# Fee On Returned Parcel Due To Non Acknowledgement / Non Collection / Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information:-

- Should your parcel not delivered, courier companies will require you to do self collection at their branch. This is a very standard procedure and normally you will be given 7 working days to collect your parcel. Please copy and bring along your shipment tracking number if you need to self collect your parcel.

- If your parcel was returned due to non collection/acknowledgement, incorrect/incomplete shipping information that registered by customer or parcel refused by customer upon delivery, we do charge a FEE of RM30 -OR- 10% of the total amount purchase (whichever is higher) for re-shipping. Refund is not acceptable as goods sold are not refundable. We may take 1 - 2 weeks process time to re-post out your returned parcel.

3. Note: Our active online working hours for replying emails and updating payment & order status are from 9:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

After sending your email of payment notification (complete payment details as: date & time, amount, what bank & order number), please wait for our email reply (during our active online working hours).

Important: On non-active online working hours (after 3:00pm, on Saturday / Sunday / public holiday - national or Selangor state), we may NOT PROMPTLY replying emails, updating payment & order status. Please do not repeatedly sending / forward us emails asking the same question such as "Why my order is still pending?", "Have you received my payment already?", etc.



How is the packaging? Any sex toys name / description on the parcel?:
All orders are delivered in discreet plain packaging with no reference to content purchased.



Shipping time / When can I receive my order?:
We'll post out
 order within 1 - 2 working days upon receipt of payment. Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days via courier service. We post out orders from Monday - Friday. We don't provide the service of COD (Cash On Delivery), meeting up with customer or visiting our store to view products.

All orders with in-stock items, we usually will dispatch / post out the same working day (Mon - Fri) if payment is notified & received or cleared (IBG/GIRO) before 1:00 pm and shipping / tracking number will be given in the evening (usually, after 9:30 pm). Please expect the delivery within NEXT *1 - 2 working days. Order & payment that is notified, received or cleared after 1:00 pm, we will arrange to post out the NEXT working day.

- Currently, we only use PosLaju (main) or Skynet (for heavy & bulky packages) courier services for delivery. We'll not entertain any request asking to change to other courier services after payment is confirmed.



Can I self collect my order at the courier office? / What courier service are you using?:
You can request self collection at their nearest branch/station:-

- POSLAJU (Main, Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan):

Important:
1) Please input "(Self collect)" after the receiver's name.
Example: Ahmad (Self collect).

2) Please input the complete office address of which POSLAJU or SKYNET as your order's shipping address. Do not input it / anything at order's comments field. Not sure if we use POSLAJU or SKYNET? Then, please ask before creating an order. Our main courier service is always POSLAJU. SKYNET is only for heavy/bulky packages above 1.5 Kgs.

We automatically print out your delivery address on the consignment note according to your submitted order's shipping address ; NOT your input of comments' field. So, please DO NOT input any self collection address or any other remarks at the order's comments field. We'll ignore it. We don't responsible for any delivery problems or delay due to this matter.

For (preferred) delivery via Skynet courier service, there will be additional delivery charges if delivery to Outskirt Area / Zone 2 (click here to view the list).

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. We don't do error checking on order's shipping address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned because of any incorrect, incomplete or invalid shipping address given by customer.

We will be most happy to assist you in tracking the parcel if you do not receive your items at the fourth day after your purchase confirmation.

What is the standard postage / delivery charges?:

- *West Malaysia (WM) = RM8.00
- **East Malaysia (EM -
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan ; PosLaju Only) = RM11.00

My package held in customs? What should I do?:

There are probability of your packages may be delayed due to custom clearance (delivery from West Malaysia to East Malaysia), in this case, it is beyond our control whether your package is held or delayed in customs or not.

By placing an order with us, you have acknowledged to bear the risks that your package may be held at customs and we will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or confiscated of packages once they have reached customs. "Buy at your own risk".

We cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs; it will therefore be the customer's responsibility to claim and recover packages from customs and pay any additional customs fees, duties, additional taxes, and any other encumbrances incurred from the shipping of our products.




Return Policy


We will check all products and ensure they are in good condition before we send them to you.

When you receive your parcel, do an immediate check on product received to make sure product is functioning.

All items (especially, electronic-function products are batteries-tested) are checked thoroughly in working condition before we dispatch it.

We are unable to offer an exchange or return of products for change of mind on sex toys simply due to health & hygiene reasons. Kindly choose well before you buy.

However, if you feel that your product is faulty, do notify us within 24 hours from the date you receive your product. We will advise you accordingly.


Items Applicable for Return:

1. Incorrect products: Products shipped are mismatching on what you've ordered.

2. For faulty products, we offer a 24 HOURS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however through our high level of customer service, we will always endeavor to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

- If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

- Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 7 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

Items Non-applicable for Return:

1. Customer changes one's mind of item.

2. Customer induced fault or damaged (eg, user's fault eg., mishandling, dropped, misused or improper application of the products, ...etc)

Note, all electronic-function products are batteries-tested & checked thoroughly in working condition before we dispatch it. Hadiah4U.com reserves the right to conclude if the damage is induced by manufacturer or user's fault.

3. Check the package / parcel's condition before signing & receiving it. Do not receive it if parcel's packing is obviously broken, severely dented or any damages with impacted marks. Hadiah4U.com will not responsible for any damages if the parcel's packing is obviously broken, severely dented, damaged with impacted marks are found after signing & receiving from the courier.

4. Product's color is not as expected (Color: Not Fix)

5. Incorrect storing method, i.e. in damp environment.

6. Exposure to too high or too low temperature.

7. Any alteration done to product.

8. Dirt cause by food and drinks.

9. Any exchange done without contact our customer service.

10. Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories.

11. Tag was removed and wore item.


Deadline for Return:

Must report immediately (by email / sms / phone call) within 24 hours upon acceptance of delivery. Therefore, it's important to check or battery-test your item(s) once you've received it. We will explain the return procedure through email within 7 days of reporting.

All manuals and accessories that come with the product must be included and returned back to us in their original packaging & condition. We'll come back to you within 7 days upon receiving the return products.

Hadiah4U.com reserves the right to conclude if the damage is induced by customer fault or not.

Hadiah4U.com reserved the rights to make adjustment to any published price of any products due to input error, product discontinuation, stock clearance, under instruction of manufacturers or distributors and errors in advertising.
